PSC picks Sotera's Hillen as new chairman

Sotera Defense Solutions’ president and chief executive officer, John Hillen, has been elected chairman of the Professional Services Council. His term runs through October 2013.
The Professional Services Council is the national trade association professional and technical services contractors serving the federal government, with almost 350 member companies.
Its board of directors is responsible for overseeing policy and setting the direction of the association.
Hillen was a senior State Department official serving as the assistant secretary for political-military affairs, from October 2005 to January 2007.
He has also held positions at American Management Systems Inc., and at what is now CGI Federal Inc.
