Mantech's MCIS group dubs new VP of contracts

ManTech International Corp. has named Fleetwood Lilley vice president of contracts for its Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions group, where he will manage commercial, federal, state and local government contracts.

“Fleetwood brings 28 years of contracts oversight and cyber-centric leadership,” said L. William Varner, president and chief operating officer of the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions group.

Before joining ManTech, Lilley was vice president of contracts for the Cyber and Information Services business unit of Science Applications International Corp. He has also served in a number of contract-related positions at AT&T, ManTech said.
