GD completes cybersecurity acquisition

General Dynamics has completed its purchase of Fidelis Security Systems Inc., an acquisition that will augment the company’s cybersecurity and network visibility capabilities.

Fidelis will become part of General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems unit, the company said.

Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed. General Dynamics announced the deal on Aug. 20.
