ManTech hires new director of GWAC center

ManTech International Corp. has appointed James E. Fraser to be the director of its governmentwide acquisition contract center.

As director, Fraser will ensure that the GWAC center at ManTech is providing customers the best and most efficient service through its GWAC contracts, GSA Schedules and other task order contract vehicles.

Before ManTech, Fraser was the vice president of the GWAC solution center and small business program at CGI Federal.

Fraser has also held a number of positions with EDS, DynCorp, Dynamac, and other companies that provide GWAC management.
