B3 promotes DOD vet to manage reorganized defense sector

B3 Solutions LLC, a service-disabled veteran owned 8(a) certified small business provider of IT services to the federal government, has promoted Mikal Brown to director of its newly reorganized defense sector.

Brown, who has 35 years of experience with the Defense Department, the Defense Logistics Agency and defense industry customers, will be responsible for developing and delivering the company's overall corporate growth strategy for its DOD-supported programs, according to the company’s June 26 announcement.

Prior to joining B3 Solutions, Brown managed supplier operations, technical services, logistics and quality assurance for the Defense Supply Center in Richmond, Va.

B3 Solutions’ defense programs encompass the Army, Navy, Office of Secretary of Defense and the DLA.
