STG hires former Harris exec to lead capture management

STG Inc. has hired Steven Bouchard as vice president of integrated capture management services, the company announced on June 19.

He will be responsible for driving STG’s strategic growth plans, specifically supporting the company’s pursuit of new business opportunities and the expansion of its existing business base.

Bouchard, who will be directly responsible for the IDIQ management office,  capture/proposal management, and proposal operations, including oversight of key pursuits, is the former director of advanced solutions and integrated capture at Harris IT Services. Prior to joining Harris he served in the Air Force.

He brings more than three decades of career progression in engineering, program management, business development, and capture management within the IT industry.

STG Inc., of Reston, Va., ranks No. 76 on Washington Technology’s 2012 Top 100 list of the largest federal government contractors.
