Ten companies have won places on the five-year Marine Corps Common Hardware Suite contract and will vie for delivery orders that have a ceiling value of $775 million, according to a Navy Department announcement.

The Marine Corps Common Hardware Suite provides a mechanism for the purchase of a wide array of equipment, including multi-purpose, ruggedized and semi-ruggedized laptops, tablets, notebooks, workstations and rack mounted servers.

The contract vehicle also provides specific contract line items that may serve the Navy Next-Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) hardware needs once that contract is awarded.
