Citizant hires operations VP to boost customer services

Citizant has hired Dean Daghita as vice president of operations to oversee customer-service delivery and growth of its accounts at the Justice and Homeland Security departments.

He will report to Jeffrey Beyer, senior vice president of operations, at the Chantilly, Va.-based provider of business transformation and information-sharing solutions for national security and federal law enforcement agencies, according to a Jan. 18 company announcement.

Daghita previously spent three years as a vice president at SRA International. As a VP, he was responsible for program and technical execution along with business development initiatives across the National Security and Law Enforcement portfolio.

Prior to SRA International, Daghita was a senior program manager at Lockheed Martin Corp., where he managed a large intelligence program within the Spatial Solutions portfolio.

Daghita earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from National-Louis University. He also earned a Master of Science degree in systems engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
