LinQuest acquires intell consultant Mosaic

Deal combines Mosaic's intelligence community enterprise information skill sets with LinQuest's Defense Department engineering and integration capabilities.

LinQuest Corp., an engineering and communications services provider to the government, has acquired Mosaic Inc. Financial details were not disclosed.

The deal, which will expand LinQuest's customer markets and capabilities, became effective August 31, according to a Sept. 20 news release.

Mosaic, of Chantilly, Va., furnishes strategic consulting, technical services and solutions to the intelligence community. It specializes in solving large data problems, performing data analytics and creating enterprise solutions.

LinQuest, of Los Angeles, an employee-owned small business, provides engineering, acquisition and operations services for federal government communications, command and control, and information systems.
