GTSI dumps stake in EyakTek

GTSI receives $20 million cash for deal with Eyak

GTSI Corp., a systems integrator and technology solutions and services provider to the government, has sold its stake in Eyak Technology LLC for $20 million in cash, the Washington Business Journal reports.

GTSI, based in Herndon, Va., sold its 37 percent interest in the Alaska native-owned company back to Eyak, also known as EyakTek, the article states.

Last fall, the Small Business Administration temporarily suspended GTSI from contract awards, but the sale has settled all pending litigation and any pending arbitration, according to the article.
