Serco Inc. will provide professional management services to the Army under a three-year task order with a ceiling value of $9 million, according to a company announcement dated Aug. 15.

The company will provide financial management services to soldiers at U.S. Army Defense Military Pay Office (DMPO) locations across the United States under the Army HRsolutions Personnel Services and Support indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract.

Serco’s support includes full cycle of records management including financial in-processing/out-processing, documentation, verification, transactions and customer service support.

This win expands the work Serco has been performing for Army DMPO since 2006 and increases the number of managed locations from two to 10, the announcement states.

Under the HRsolutions PSS IDIQ contract, Serco also provides counseling, along with transition support and processing, to the Army’s wounded warrior programs and family community programs.

Serco has worked with the Army under the HRsolutions contract and predecessor vehicles since 1991.
