CGI Federal Inc. will provide a range of technology services to two federal organizations, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Architect of the Capitol, for a combined value of $41 million.

The EPA awarded CGI Federal a $22 million, firm-fixed-price task order to provide an agencywide call center to support central and local infrastructure, desktop, local and national telecommunications, and application software in a firm-fixed-price per seat environment, the subsidiary of CGI Group Inc. said today.

Under this five-year task order, CGI will help EPA support its customers and the public with voice communications, e-mail, fax, Web access, and online chat services.

The task order was issued under the seven-year, $955 million ITS-EPA II program blanket purchase agreement.

Under a five-year, $19 million firm-fixed-price contract, CGI Federal will assist the Architect of the Capitol’s program for upgrading and hosting CGI's Momentum and IBM's Maximo platforms, including operations and maintenance, the company said.

CGI's proprietary Momentum Enterprise Solution is commercial off-the-shelf software built for government.

Under the award, CGI will provide IT support services, technical expertise, project management, operational support and system updates for the Momentum and Maximo platforms.
