A-T Solutions shuffles its executive team

CEO Ken Falke to step down and become company chairman of the board

A-T Solutions Inc. CEO Ken Falke will step down from that role to become the company’s chairman of the board effective Jan. 1.

Chief Operating Officer Dennis Kelly will be promoted to president and CEO, a company statement said today.

The move follows an eight-year period of significant growth through organic expansion and three acquisitions, and company leaders say the transition will be a catalyst in A-T Solutions’ drive for continued growth and success, according to a statement released by the company.

In addition to Falke and Kelly, several other executives will be promoted to new positions.

  • Jeff Simons will move from executive vice president to chief operating officer.
  • Kevin Lutz will become executive vice president of the training solutions business unit.
  • John Castles is being promoted to executive vice president of the global security business unit.
  • John Power will become executive vice president of the technology solutions business unit.

Danielle Saunders, formerly president of A-T Solutions’ Accelligence subsidiary, will assume the role of corporate development officer.

David Lonnquest becomes executive vice president at Accelligence.

A-T Solutions, of Fredricksburg, Va., is a government provider of intelligence and anti-terrorism professional services. The company was acquired by CoVant in February 2008.
