Each year, TechAmerica and its member volunteers cull through piles of government documents and conduct scores of interviews to capture important trends and factors that influence the government market.

One of the conclusions of this year’s Vision forecast is that the government market is going through what sometimes is an uncomfortable transition.

Business models are changing, and the velocity of change at times outstrips long-established governing processes. There are opportunities, but for many, there are great risks in pursuing those opportunities.
