Tyler Technologies snaps up PulseMark

Tyler Technologies Inc. has completed its acquisition of PulseMark LLC, a provider of information warehouse solutions for the K-12 school and local government markets. Terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition will boost Tyler’s ability to address the needs of the two markets and also adds new clients to Tyler’s customer base, company officials said March 10.

PulseMark, of St. Louis, uses new data warehouse approaches and technologies to put data and analysis into the hands of key decision makers within an organization, the officials said. Most of PulseMark’s clients are located in Georgia and Missouri.

The two companies have worked together on projects where Tyler’s School Information Systems product was used, the officials said.

Tyler, of Dallas, provides information management technologies and services to schools and local governments.
