Bart & Associates acquires Digital Solutions

Bart & Associates Inc., a provider of enterprise software solutions, has acquired Digital Solutions Inc. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Sterling, Va.-based DSI has contracts with more than a half dozen federal agencies, including the Federal Aviation Administration, Secret Service and the bureaus of Customs and Border Protection and Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

DSI is qualified with the Homeland Security Department as a prime contractor for Eagle Functional Category 4 for software development.
DSI has annual revenue of about $14 million and more than 100 employees, B&A said. Jeffrey Pan will continue serving as president of DSI under McLean, Va.-based B&A.
