Perot calls on Bucella for homeland security expertise

The former director for the U.S. Terrorist Screening Center, Donna Bucella, has joined Perot Systems Corp. to lead the development and implementation of the company's strategy for the homeland security sector. She will be vice president of Perot Systems Government Services.

Bucella directed the establishment of a consolidated Terrorist Screening Center. That work resulted in the consolidation of intelligence, defense and FBI terrorist watch lists to identify known or suspected international or domestic terrorists. The center's work also included the implementation of no-fly list.

Bucella most recently served as senior vice president, Global Business Continuity and Crisis Management for the Bank of America. She left federal service in September 2006.
