GSA adds one more to VETS roster
The General Services Administration has added Microtech LLC to the companies on the Veterans Technology Services governmentwide acquisition contract.
GSA said it was adding the Vienna, Va., company to the contract as a "corrective action" based on a recent review of the agency's original decision to not award the contract to Microtech.
The new award applies only to Functional Area 2 of the contract for information systems engineering. The work under that functional area includes software and system design and development, information technology strategic planning and business process reengineering.
GSA awarded the contract to 45 companies in December 2006.
