Dr. Young is an expert Cybersecurity, Information Security (INFOSEC), Information Assurance (IA) and Information Operations (IO) who supports the activities of the Defense Information Assurance Program.   He also is an Adjunct Professor with the Center for Technology and National Security Policy at the National Defense University where he has been teaching since 2002, and with the Organizational Cyber Security, iSchool, at Syracuse University.
