Strasser joins Brillient Corp. as president

Paul Strasser has been named president of Brillient Corp., an 11-year-old company that provides information management, intelligent solutoins and business process management solutions to federal customers.

Strasser was CEO of Project Performance Corp. and sold that company to Data Systems Analysts in 2017. Since then he’s served as an executive at DSA to help with the transition and integration.

He’s also been serving as president of ACT-IAC, an association that fosters communication and collaboration between industry and government. He’ll become chair of ACT-IAC in July.

At Brillient, Strasser will be responsible for growth, operations, client relationships and expanding the business into new areas.

“Paul has extensive experience in the federal contracting arena, working at small and large businesses and has a successful track record of growing businesses,” said Sukumar Iyer, founder and CEO of Brillient.

Strasser called joining Brillient a “new chapter in my career. I feel that it is a great match of my skills and experience with Brillient’s capabilities working at the nexus of intelligent solutions and business process management.”

In addition to his executive positions at PPC and DSA, Strasser has also been a senior executive at Dynamics Research Corp., Engility, Pragmatics and Titan Corp.
