Sevatec hires Schefer as homeland security BD lead

Sevatec has hired two-decade market veteran Chuck Schefer as a vice president of business development as part of the federal IT contractor's strategic growth team.

Schefer will oversee growth strategies in the homeland and national security markets that include the Department of Homeland Security as customers, Sevatec said Thursday.

His career includes senior leadership roles at ManTech International, Grant Thornton, Dynamics Research Corp. and Kadix Systems.
