Booz Allen Hamilton nabs $52.5M task order to support Military Health Service

Booz Allen Hamilton has won a $52.5 million task order to help the Military Health System implement changes laid out in the Secretary of Defense Military Health Service Review.

Booz Allen Hamilton has won a $52.5 million task order to help the Military Health System implement changes laid out in the Secretary of Defense Military Health Service Review.

Under the task order, Booz Allen Hamilton will provide subject matter expertise to help moved the Military Health System toward the cultural and process changes necessary to become a high reliability organization, the Defense Department said in a release.

Efforts will include program management, performance management, and creates the systems and tools necessary for continuous process improvement and appropriate standardization across the enterprise. 

Work will be performed in Virginia and is expected to be completed in August 2021.

Four companies bid on this contract, the Defense Department said.
