LGS Innovations taps new CFO

LGS Innovations has named John Fitzgerald executive vice president and chief financial officer, where he will lead the company’s financial organization as it transforms itself into a platform company.

Fitzgerald joins the company from ManTech International, where he served as chief accounting officer. He has also held senior positions at DynCorp and at Litton/PRC Inc., LGS said in a release.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Maryland.

Just last week, LGS Innovations just won a task order to upgrade an Army network.
