Northrop Grumman appoints four new VPs in Information Systems sector

Northrop Grumman has buffed out its Information Systems sector by appointing four new vice presidents.  

Bobby Lentz will serve as senior vice president, Strategy, where he will define the sector’s strategy for profitable growth and help it achieve its performance objectives. He will oversee strategic planning, innovation and portfolio management, and will report to Kathy Warden, corporate vice president and president of the sector, Northrop Grumman said in a release.

Tom Afferton will serve as vice president, Operations, Civil division, where he will lead and optimize internal operations and resources to achieve long- and short-term strategic goals and objectives. He will report to Ed Sturms, vice president and general manager of the division.

Jay Grove will serve as vice president, Business Development, Communications division, where he will lead customer-focused engagement initiatives and capture new business to meet growth objectives. He will report to Jeannie Hilger, vice president and general manager of the Communications division.

Michael King will serve as vice president, Business Development, Civil division, where he will build and maintain strong customer relationships and execute a successful business development strategy to meet growth through the identification, qualification, shaping and pursuit of new business, the company said. He will also report to Ed Sturms.

Each of the four served within the Information Systems sector before their promotions.
