L-3 Communications has won a $41.5 million contract to support counterterrorism efforts in Yemen.

Under the contract, L-3 Communications will provide the Air Force with four intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft, as well as training and spares, the Defense Department said.

Work will be performed in Waco, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2015.
