Library of Congress plans for IT IDIQ

The Library of Congress intends to set up an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for IT consulting services.

The Library of Congress intends to set up a task order contract for IT consulting services.

The library's Office of the Inspector General will use the contract for a range of agency-wide technology business issues, such as strategic planning, management, security, hosting environments, enterprise architecture, system conversation, digitization, and continuity of operations.

The library would make awards to at least two companies to be a part of the task order-based contract.

The Library of Congress released a presolicitation notice May 5. Responses are due June 18.
