ICF International has won a $5.9 million recompete contract with the Environmental Protection Agency to support the EPA’s program on state and local clean energy.

Under the contract, awarded by EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation, ICF will continue to support EPA's efforts to help state and local governments in developing, implementing, and integrating climate change and clean energy strategies into existing and new environmental policies and programs, ICF said in a release.

Clean energy programs include energy efficiency and renewable energy.

ICF began supporting the EPA on this initiative in the early 1990s.
