Northrop taps new VP of Land and Self Protection Systems

Northrop Grumman has named Andrea Yeiser vice president of engineering, manufacturing and logistics for the company’s Land and Self Protection Systems division.

Northrop Grumman has named Andrea Yeiser vice president of engineering, manufacturing and logistics for the company’s Land and Self Protection Systems division.

As vice president, Yeiser will have executive responsibility for all EM&L activities that support Land and Self Protection Systems division programs at campuses in Apopka, Fla., Baltimore, Md., Buffalo, N.Y., Cincinnati, Ohio, and Woodland Hills, Calif., the company said in a release.

Yeiser joined the company in 1981, and has held a number of technical and program leadership positions in the Aerospace Systems and Electronic Systems sectors.

She was most recently the director of space navigation in the company’s Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Targeting Systems division.

Yeiser holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of California and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from California State University.
