Who won November's biggest contracts?
November, like October before it, saw another decrease in the number of contract awards reported, but there were still some huge contract wins. Who made the list?
November sees another drop in the number of contracts reported, just like last month, with 41 contracts being reported.
To make the list, you had to have won a contract worth $114 million or above.

10. Northrop gets $114M to build three more Global Hawks
Northrop Grumman has won a $114 million contract to build three additional RQ-4 Global Hawk unmanned aircraft systems and associated sensors for the Air Force.
The Global Hawk can carry a variety of surveillance and intelligence systems, including near real-time high resolution imagery and other reconnaissance capabilities.
9. GD Electric Boat wins $164M contract to support nuclear subs
General Dynamics Electric Boat has won a $164 million contract to support operational nuclear submarines at the Naval Submarine Support Facility in New London, Conn.
This contract has a base value of $8.8 million.
Under the contract, General Dynamics will provide a nuclear regional maintenance department.
8. Leidos wins $178M contract to support Military Health System
Leidos has won a single-award $178 million contract with the Defense Health Agency to provide support for the Nurse Advice Line that will augment the Military Health System.
The Nurse Advice Line program is designed to advance the DHA's goals of improving the availability and quality of care for its beneficiaries while reducing overall cost, Leidos said in a release.
7. Northrop Grumman wins $178M contract to continue Joint STARS fleet support
Northrop Grumman has won a $178 million contract to continue sustaining the Air Force’s E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System, or Joint STARS, aircraft.
This contract continues the company’s Total System Support Reliability program, which began in 2000, Northrop said in a release.
6. Northrop wins $219M contract for electronic warfare training
Northrop Grumman has won a $219 million contract with the Air Force to support an electronic warfare training program.
The Joint Threat Emitter Follow-On Production program or JTE, is a mobile air defense electronic warfare threat simulator that provides high-fidelity replication of surface-to-air and anti-aircraft artillery threats for aircrew training, Northrop Grumman said in a release.
5. HP wins $221M Medicaid fiscal agent contract
HP Enterprise Services has won a $221 million contract to serve as Medicaid fiscal agent for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
As fiscal agent, HP Enterprise Services will help the state continue to meet federal Medicaid requirements and prepare for future health care transformation developments while reducing costs, improving services and maintaining program stability for healthcare providers and beneficiaries, the company said in a release.
4. Lockheed wins $300M contract to support foreign military sales
Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control has won a $300 million sole-sourced contract to support foreign military sales programs.
Under the contract, Lockheed Martin will provide development and production of multiple foreign military sales test vehicles and equipment, mission planning, mission operational flight program, test support, logistics support, sustainment and non-recurring engineering, the Defense Department said in a release.
3. Boeing wins $325M missile defense contract
Boeing has won a sole-sourced, $325 million contract to support the Missile Defense Agency’s Ballistic Missile Defense System, or BMDS.
The BMDS system is designed to counter ballistic missiles of all ranges before they reach their targets. The system has network sensors as well as ground-based and sea-based radars for target detection and tracking. It also has a command, control, battle management and communications network providing operational commanders with the needed links between the sensors and interceptor missiles, according to the Missile Defense Agency website.
2. Raytheon wins $406M to supply radars, fire control systems for AEGIS
Raytheon Co. has won a $406 million contract to provide radar transmitters and fire control systems for the AEGIS program.
Under the contract, Raytheon will provide AN/SPY-1 radar transmitters and MK99 Fire Control Systems, which are both critical components of the AEGIS weapon system, performing the search, track and missile guidance functions for the system.

1. Navy adds 914 firms to Seaport-e
914 companies were named to the Navy’s Seaport-e contract this month. The contract has a value of $5.3 billion over five years, bringing the ceiling to $26.5 billion.
