DRC wins $11.4M task order to test NIH IT systems

DRC has won a task order under the CIO-SP3 contract to provide the NIH with technology, management and evaluation services needed to test the agency's IT systems.

Dynamics Research Corp. has won a five-year, $11.4 million task order with the National Institutes of Health to provide technology, management and evaluation services.

The task order was awarded under the NIH’s Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 contract, or CIO-SP3.

Under the order, DRC will provide independent verification and validation expertise to support the NIH IT enterprise system project managers in their efforts to maximize their IT investments, the company said in a release.

"The rigorous evaluation of enterprise IT systems and processes is critical for enabling agencies like the NIH to maximize their technology investments and uncover new ways to strategically leverage technology for improved mission outcomes," said DRC chairman and CEO Jim Regan.
