QinetiQ North America builds up subsidiary's management team

QinetiQ North America has named two new executives in a move to expand the management team of its cybersecurity subsidiary, Cyveillance.

The company has named Chris O’Ferrell chief technical officer and Tempy Wright as vice president of marketing and communications.

As CTO, O’Ferrell will be responsible for the company’s technical vision, and will lead all aspects of technology development. He joined Cyveillance as vice president of security and response services in 2012, QinetiQ North America said in a release. Before Cyveillance, he held various positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, CSC, SAIC, TRW and Verizon Business.

As vice president of marketing and communications, Wright will be responsible for developing and executing Cyveillance’s marketing and communications strategy. She led enterprise and Fortune 500 marketing strategy for Dell SecureWorks before joining Cyveillance.
