Northrop wins $15.3M software upgrade of Triton UAV
Northrop Grumman has won a contract modification with the Navy to upgrade the operating system on its MQ-4C Triton unmanned aircraft system.
Northrop Grumman has won a $15.3 million contract modification with the U.S. Navy to support the systems development and demonstration of the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System.
The MQ-4C Triton is used for maritime surveillance, and is developed under the Broad Area Maritime Surveillance program. It is intended to complement the Boeing P-8 Poseidon aircraft.
