Northrop Technical Services sectors promotes new VP

Northrop Grumman names Steve Hogan to the position of sector vice president and general manager of Technical Services sector's integrated logistics and modernization.

Northrop Grumman Corp. has named Steve Hogan sector vice president and general manager of its integrated logistics and modernization division within its Technical Services sector, effective Jan. 26, 2013.

This is the second new personnel change within the Technical Services sector that the company has made in just two days. On Wednesday, the company announced the promotion of Ruth Bishop to vice president of quality, safety and mission assurance in the sector.

As sector vice president and general manager, Hogan will be responsible for the division and of its three business units, related to global logistics and modernization, systems logistics and modernization and operationally responsive systems, the company said.

Before this promotion, Hogan was vice president and integrated product team leader for Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems’ F/A-18 and Information Operations and Electronic Attack programs.

Before Northrop Grumman, Hogan was an acquisition professional with the Defense Department.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland, and a master’s degree in engineering management from George Washington University.
