SAIC wins $152M IT task order under ITES-2

Under the ITES-2 contract, SAIC has won a $152 million contract to support the Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command.

Science Applications International Corp. has won a $152 million task order for information technology support services in support of the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command.

The task order was awarded under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-2 contract, and has a 37-month period of performance, the company said.

Work will take place in Huntsville, Ala., and will include services such as enterprise design, integration and consolidation; IT education and training; IT program and project management; systems operations and maintenance; network support; and embedded information systems security and information assurance.

Work to be performed will include systems analysis, systems design, systems development, applications and systems administration, programming, software development, IT operations and configuration management and communications.
