Catapult's new CEO will launch company into specialized IC market

Catapult Consultants LLC, a professional services and federal financial management firm, has appointed William Senich to the position of CEO.

He will oversee Catapult’s long-term growth for the company's four main business groups: Information Technology, Acquisition Management, Financial Management and Healthcare Solutions, the company announced.

Additionally, Senich will lead Catapult into the specialized intelligence community market.

Senich has more than 25 years of experience in progressively responsible organizational leadership positions delivering professional services and product growth to the federal sector.

Prior to joining Catapult, he led several businesses that provided the intelligence community and Defense Department with specialized intelligence systems, operations support, acquisition and financial management, IT services and cyberspace systems and operations support.

Until 2011, Senich was founder, president and CEO of LVI, a company providing professional services to the intelligence community and DOD.

Prior to LVI, he was a former partner in IBM’s Global Business Services group responsible for the company’s National Intelligence Programs account and providing specialized services and data analysis solutions to the intelligence community.

Senich also served as vice president at L-3 Communications and he has held operations, marketing and engineering positions at Harris Corp., Hughes Aircraft Co. and Aerospace Corp.
