7 win $250M Army cloud contract

The Army has awarded contracts to seven companies to provide cloud services to support the Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems.

The seven will compete for task orders under the $250 million contract, which will run through 2016.

The winners are:

  • Criterion Systems Inc.
  • General Dynamics Corp.
  • Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services
  • IBM Corp.
  • Lockheed Martin Corp.
  • MicroTech LLC
  • Northrop Grumman Corp.

The Army Contracting Command managed the procurement. Eleven companies bid on the project. The winners were announced Jan. 5.
