Agilex hires 3 technology management, strategy pros

Additions will strengthen company's roles in technology, innovation

Agilex has hired three employees whose backgrounds in strategic consulting and technology management are expected to help strengthen its role in technology and innovation.

The mission and technology solutions provider for the national security, health care and the public sector, announced the addition of Dr. Ron Moody, Chris Ghion and Thomas Bruno, in a company news release Sept. 23.

In a newly created role, Moody will serve as the director of clinical systems development and will help health care organizations and providers with the development, implementation and operations of enterprise clinical information and electronic health record systems.

Most recently, Moody served as chief medical information officer for the Military Health System.

In his new position as vice president for strategic health systems, Ghion, formerly of Booz Allen Hamilton, will lead transformative health IT engagements within the Health and Human Services Department and the commercial and nonprofit markets.

Bruno, a 20-year veteran of IT consulting and strategy development, will serve Agilex's in-house research and development unit as vice president for strategic programs addressing the enterprise mobility requirements of large federal agencies. He previously worked at Gartner Consulting as vice president and senior managing partner.
