Ex-Booz Hamilton partner sues for sex discrimination
The suit asks that the court have Booz Allen reinstate her as a partner and award her back pay, benefits and damages for emotional distress.
Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. is being sued by a female ex-partner over allegations that she was terminated because the company allegedly "excludes women from high-level leadership positions," reports the Washington Post.
Molly Finn, a 24-year veteran with the company and once its highest-ranking female employee, filed on July 27 a sex discrimination suit in Superior Court of Washington, D.C.'s civil division, against the company and three other individuals, including Ralph Shrader, the company chairman and CEO, the article said.
Booz Allen said in a statement that it "vowed to fight the suit" and "strenuously" denies Finn's allegations.
