ICF International Inc. will continue to assist the Agriculture Department’s Rural Development Housing Voucher Demonstration Program under a $12 million recompete contract.

The four-year award calls for ICF to provide the RD Voucher Program with administrative and management services, including documentation of tenant eligibility and payments, call center support for tenants and owners, tracking and reporting of voucher utilization, and the establishment of systems leading to the eventual management of a permanent USDA program, according to an ICF announcement.

In addition, ICF will coordinate the development and delivery of rent comparability studies to establish appropriate rent ceilings for the vouchers.

The RD Voucher Demonstration Program is a one-year rental subsidy program to protect tenants of USDA multifamily housing properties who have had their USDA loans foreclosed or prepaid between Oct. 1, 2005, and Sept. 30, 2006, according to the USDA website.

RD Vouchers are available to eligible low-income tenants living in a USDA-financed property at the time of foreclosure or prepayment.

ICF International, of Fairfax, Va., ranks No. 66 on Washington Technology’s 2010 Top 100 list of the largest federal government contractors.
