Medicaid information system

The Montana Public Health and Human Services
Department wants a contractor
to provide a Medicaid
management information system.

A request for proposals is expected in
September.

The contractor must implement an MMIS with
modular and scalable architecture that can adjust
to the changing needs of the department and its
programs. The system should be able to supporting
Web-based, real-time data inquiries.

Child support services

The New Jersey Human Services Department wants
a contractor to provide payment processing services
for its child support program. An RFP is expected in
late 2008.

The contractor must build and deploy a system
to handle payment processing
and billing for the state's child
support program. The system
should be compatible with related systems.

Digital driver's licensing

The Michigan State Department wants a contractor
to provide a digital driver's licensing system. An
RFP is expected in September.

The contractor must provide
a system that produces licenses
with photo identification. The digital driver's
licensing system should incorporate technology and
standards set forth in the Real ID Act.

Digital radio system

Monmouth County, N.J., wants a contractor to provide
a digital radio system. An RFP is expected in
late 2008.

The contractor must deliver
an interoperable system capable
of supporting the needs of the county's public
safety department and other county agencies. The
system should be designed to accommodate
emerging technologies that will be incorporated into
the system over time.
