DevineAward for his work in the government contracting industry. He worked at Science Applications InternationalCorp. from 1986 to 2004. He also is the former chairman of Network Solutions. He led SAIC's effort to purchaseNetwork Solutions for $4.7 million in 1995. In 2000, SAIC sold the company for $19.6 billion.
