PCG buys Eclipse Solutions

Public Consulting Group Inc. bought state and local
government information technology and management
consulting firm Eclipse Solutions Group Ltd.,
of Sacramento, Calif. Terms of the deal were not
disclosed. Boston consulting firm PCG focuses on
state and local health care, human services and
other government agencies.

NCI picks up MTC Warrior assets

NCI Inc., of Reston, Va., will buy assets of MTC
Technologies Inc., of Dayton, Ohio, used in the
Program Executive Office Soldier, Project Manager
Soldier Warrior and Project Manager Soldier
Equipment contract. The contract is worth as much
as $382 million and could extend to April 2015.

Goodrich adds data capabilities

Goodrich Corp. bought TEAC Aerospace Holdings
Inc., of Monterey Park, Calif. Terms of the deal were
not disclosed, but Goodrich, of Charlotte, N.C., is
picking up about $50 million in annual revenue.

TEAC builds airborne mission data-collection systems
and will become part of Goodrich's Sensors
and Integrated Systems business.

CoVant buys A-T Solutions

Private equity partnership CoVant Inc., founded by
former Anteon International Inc. Chief Executive
Officer Joseph Kampf and his partners, bought A-T
Solutions Inc., of Fredericksburg, Va. Terms of
CoVant's first acquisition were not disclosed. A-T
Solutions provides analytical and training services for
detection, identification and defeat of improvised
explosive devices and weapons of mass destruction.

BAE to shed Flight Systems unit

BAE Systems Inc. will sell its Flight Systems business
to Calspan Corp. for $62.5 million and other
considerations based on the next five years' revenues.
Flight Systems, of Mojave, Calif., does aircraft
modification, operations, flight tests and aerial
full-scale target production for military and commercial
customers. Calspan, of Buffalo, N.Y., is a private
aeronautical engineering company.
