Don McDougall joined business intelligence software
developer Space-Time Research Pty Ltd. of
Melbourne, Australia, as chief executive officer.
McDougall held senior positions at SAS Institute Inc.
Joseph Martore was named executive vice president
and chief operations officer at Calibre Inc. of
Alexandria, Va. Martore joined Calibre in 2004 as part
of the company's acquisition of Strategic Management
Initiatives Inc., which he co-founded in 1997.
Roger Duke joined QinetiQ North America, a
wholly owned subsidiary of QinetiQ Ltd. of McLean,
Va., as senior vice president of contracts. Duke
most recently was vice president of contracts at
Raytheon Technical Services Co.
Paul Harrington joined CGI Federal Inc. of
Fairfax, Va., a subsidiary of CGI Group Inc., of
Montreal, as consulting director, responsible for
CGI's Veterans Affairs Department account.
Harrington most recently was senior director of
information technology at Merck and Co. Inc.
Eduardo Correa joined CapRock Communications
Inc. of Houston, as managing director for the company's
European, Middle Eastern and African operations.
Correa most recently was the Angola operations
manager at a large oil field services agency.
Shiblie Shiblie joined business information software
developer eTelemetry Inc. of Annapolis, Md.,
as chief operating officer. Shiblie formerly was an
executive at several telecommunications companies,
including Ericsson Inc.
David Kingsbury joined Autodesk Inc. of San
Rafael, Calif., as senior industry manager for the
company's geospatial solutions unit. Kingsbury
most recently was an executive director at
Intergraph Corp.
Thomas Reinhardt was named to the newly created
position of vice president and Homeland
Security Department customer relationship executive
at Computer Sciences Corp.'s North American
public sector. Reinhardt is a former assistant
attorney general and director of congressional
relations at the Justice Department.
Patrice Ghezzi joined accounting firm Goodman
and Company LLP of Rockville, Md., as a supervisor.
Ghezzi was previously at the Internal Revenue
Service as a revenue agent and tax law specialist.
