Two companies won spots on the General Services
Administration's eight-year, $1.8 billion Washington
Interagency Telecommunications Systems 3 contract to
provide telecommunications services to federal agencies
in the Washington area.

Winners: Level 3 Communications LLC, of Broomfield,
Colo., and Verizon Business Network Services Inc., of
Ashburn, Va.

Two companies won contracts from the Naval Sea
Systems Command for Phase II development, production
and support of the Common Enterprise Display
Systems' display consoles, which offer human and
machine interfaces to ship computers, and are to be
used on the DDG destroyer and the Aegis missile
cruiser.

Winners: DRS C3 Systems LLC won a $63 million contract,
and General Dynamics Advanced Information
Systems won an $83 million contract.

BAE SYSTEMS INC.

Rockville, Md.

Value: $25.8 million over 4 years

Agency: Navy

Details: Continue operating and maintaining the Naval
Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station
Pacific facilities in Hawaii.

Value: $18.5 million over 30 months

Agency: Defense Advanced Research Projects
Agency

Details: BAE will try to develop a surveillance and
reconnaissance system that can simultaneously and
continuously detect the presence and motion of
thousands of targets over an area covering tens of
square miles.

Value: $400 million over 5 years

Agency: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

Details: Process Medicare claims and perform related
duties for California, Hawaii and Nevada and the U.S.
territories of American Samoa, Guam and the Northern
Mariana Islands.

Lorton, Va.

Value: $65 million over 5 years

Agency: Defense Department

Details: Provide specialized telecommunications and
related services to the Defense Department's High
Performance Computing Modernization Program
Office.

COMPUTER SCIENCES CORP.

El Segundo, Calif.

Value: $100 million over 6 years

Agency: Defense Department

Details: Replace DOD accounting systems with
a standards-based Oracle system that complies
with Office of Federal Financial Management specifications
and lets DOD's Business Transformation
Agency collect and analyze financial data more
accurately.

EAGLE GROUP INTERNATIONAL LLC

Atlanta

Value: $412 million over 5 years

Agency: Army's Field Logistics Readiness Center at Fort
Stewart, Ga.

Details: Provide multiple logistics, maintenance, administrative
and management services to support readiness
and logistics engineering initiatives at the Army
center.

Details: Provide integrated, nonstandard tactical radios
to the Iraqi Armed Forces.

LOCKHEED MARTIN CORP.

Bethesda, Md.

Value: $45.9 million

Agency: Air Force

Details: Continue to support training simulators for
Air Force crews and maintenance personnel for C-130
aircraft.

MAXIMUS INC.

Reston, Va.

Value: $15 million over two years.

Details: Provide enrollment broker services to Indiana
for several Medicaid programs, including call center
and other customer support services, to facilitate
work on the Hoosier Healthwise, Medicaid Select
and Indiana Care Select programs.

SCIENCE APPLICATIONS INTERNATIONAL CORP.

San Diego

Value: $47 million over 5 years

Agency: Naval Surface Warfare Center

Details: Provide engineering and technical support services
at NSWC's Small Arms Weapons Division in Crane,
Ind.
