The Indiana Administration Department may want a contractor to provide an electronic grants application system for the state's Education Department. A request for proposals is expected in early 2008.

The department will use the system to administer federal grants for the No Child Left Behind program. The system should provide local education agencies with a means to submit grant applications and enable staff to create and modify grants being offered.
