Picture this: Qwest Networx ops center opens

Tom Richards, executive vice president of business markets at Qwest Communications International Inc., and Diana Gowen, the company's executive vice president and general manager for government services, cut the ribbon on Qwest's newly expanded, state-of-the-art network operations center in Arlington, Va. The center serves federal customers under the Networx program.
