Ten companies won contracts from the Defense Department for information technology services for its Transportation Command.

Value: $250 million over 5 years

Large-company winners: CACI Premier Technology Inc., Computer Sciences Corp., IBM Corp., Northrop Grumman Corp.'s Mission Systems sector, Systems Research and Application Corp., and Unisys Corp.

Small-business winners: Asynchrony Solutions Inc., Complete Professional Services Inc., Paragon Technology Group Inc. and S4 Inc.

Eight companies won blanket purchasing agreement contracts under General Services Administration Schedule 70 from the State Department to provide its worldwide Security Assurance Services and Innovations program with services including wireless, physical and logical monitoring, and security system support.

Value: $710 million over 5 years

Winners: CACI International Inc., Computer Sciences Corp., FuGen Inc., Integrated Communication Solutions Inc., ManTech International Corp., Northrop Grumman Corp., SRA International Inc. and STG Inc.

Raytheon Co.

Waltham, Mass.

Value: $304 million

Agency: Missile Defense Agency

Details: Develop missile tracking and discrimination capabilities for the AN/TPY-2 radar, a component of the Ballistic Missile Defense System.

Stanley Inc.

Arlington, Va.

Value: $267 million over 5 years

Agency: Army

Details: Provide maintenance, supply and production control services for the Field Logistics Readiness Center-Campbell in Fort Campbell, Ky., and the Bluegrass Army Maintenance Activity in Lexington, Ky., for the Army's Sustainment Command, G-3, Field Logistics Readiness Division.

STG Inc.

Reston, Va.

Value: $190 million over 5 years

Agency: Army Network Enterprise Technology Command/9th Signal Command

Details: Deliver enterprise command, control, communications, computers and information management services, and security management, process management and service support for Sensitive but Unclassified IP Router Network and Secure IP Router Network environments
