New York cash management

The New York Mental Health Office wants a contractor to furnish software to support patient trust funds and related cash, holding and advanced accounting systems.

A request for proposals is expected this summer.

The contractor will replace the mainframe system. The new system should let each agency business office manage its operations with independence while also letting the central office establish standard practices.

Colorado needs contact center

The Colorado Labor and Employment Department wants a contractor to provide a call center solution.

An RFP is expected in October. The center would support the Division of Employment and Training's unemployment insurance program.

Victim notification system for Indiana

The Indiana Corrections Department wants a statewide victim information and notification system. An RFP is expected in August.

The contractor will develop, implement and maintain the automated victim information and notification system.

These systems typically provide victims with information on court events related to their cases and their outcome.

Calif. county wants admin systems

Orange County, Calif., wants a contractor to replace its human resources and payroll systems. An RFP is expected in August.

The systems are part of the county's infrastructure and let it process payroll and administer personnel records.

Medicaid fiscal agent services

The Idaho Health and Welfare Department's Medicaid Division wants a new Medicaid management information system and associated fiscal agent services. An RFP is expected in August.

The requirements are still under development.
