Robert Polster has joined IQ Solutions Inc., Rockville, Md., as vice president of IT, leading the company's health IT group. Polster most recently was program manager and practice leader at Northrop Grumman Corp. for public health systems on projects for federal agencies.

Craig Weston joined SRA International Inc., Fairfax, Va., as vice president and deputy director at SRA's Adroit Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Center.

Jim Childress, president and general manager of LXE Inc., Norcross, Ga., has been elected chairman of the board of directors for IT trade organization AIM Global, Warrendale, Pa.

Gary Dowling has joined the Norcross, Ga.-based health care provider practice for BearingPoint Inc. of McLean, Va., as national practice leader for supply chain management consulting. Dowling most recently was national SCM practice leader.

William Bain has joined IT research firm Input Inc., Chantilly, Va., as senior vice president of consulting, charged with helping companies with strategic and tactical planning for the government market. Bain most recently was vice president of management consulting for Exeter Government Services LLC.
