Government organizations must move to share sensitive information through service-oriented systems architecture, especially in light of the various security threats facing the country, Robert Stevens, president, chairman and chief executive officer of Lockheed Martin Corp., said last week.
"We need to add a new element to our familiar practices, expanding 'the need to know' to include 'the need to share,' " said Stevens, delivering the first keynote address at PostNewsweek Tech Media's annual FOSE trade show.
